Congratulations, you have completed the steps needed to earn your Hair-apist Ambassador reward of $75!

Follow these simple steps to earn more rewards

Display the QR code cling in your salon or share the QR code business card with interested clients.
Empower your clients to learn and thank you from their phones by scanning the Client QR Code on your mirror cling or business card to enter Saving Lungs Behind The Chair Resources. There, they can watch vital awareness videos, learn the 3 key lung cancer facts, and submit a quick form to officially thank and credit you as their referring stylist. By engaging with the facts and completing this call to action, your clients are automatically entered into a $300 cash drawing in December 2026!
You can earn an additional $100 when at least 10 of your clients register and another $125 when a total of 25 clients register by completing these steps: 1) scan Cling for screening information and 2) register you as the referring stylist.
Each hair-apist will receive 1-3 drawing entries (1 for registering, 1 for 10 clients, and 1 for 25 clients) for two $300 cash drawing in December of 2026.
High-performing Hair-apists who drive the most client engagement and lung cancer screenings will be featured in media interviews. Additionally, all stylists will have the option to be featured on our website as participating stylists when registering.
Promote the Client Co-Pay Incentive: The first 5 clients to complete a lung cancer screening can receive up to $200 toward their medical co-pay (paid directly to the medical institution). In exchange, recipients agree to share their personal stories to help inspire others.
